💻 Workshop presenters

Make sure you have everything you need

❗ The corresponding meeting room where you will present your WS is indicated on the Contribution page of each WS ❗

A list of meeting rooms is available on the General Information page

  • Each meeting room is equipped with a monitor (in the HT Auditorium there will be a beamer)

  • In each meeting room, there will be a HDMI cable to allow you to connect to the monitor. Make sure you have the correct adapter (and adequate power plug and socket adapter) for your laptop!

  • You will be given HT Wi-Fi credentials on the first day of the conference. We suggest you work locally as much as possible:
    • Share in advance with the participants any tools, packages, or software that they might need to install on their devices
    • Prepare all the material you might need on your laptop, to avoid last-minute issues with download...etc.

  • We can provide you with a whiteboard or a flipchart, in case you need it.
Please note that the following rooms are already equipped with a digital board:
    • PIT.MEZ.006
    • (Lower Egg Room) PIT.P03.024
    • (Upper Egg Room - Big) PIT.P04.019

📹 The Scientific Organisers would like to have the recording of your WS to be uploaded on the official I2K YouTube channel at the end of the conference. As the presenter, you're welcome to decide whether or not to record your session. Please note that if you choose to record, the setup and management of the recording will be entirely up to you, as we won’t be able to provide any technical assistance with this part.

👩‍💻 Be informed that, if you don't want to deal with recording your workshop locally, another option is to sign up to present a workshop at Virtual I2K (i2kconference.org/virtual): on that event, your workshop will be automatically recorded! Hurry up, the Workshop signups close on October 9th
