Application submission timeline
The Call for Application is now OPEN!. You will then have time unitl July 15, 2025, h. 23:59 CEST to submit your abstract.
Abstract submitters will be notified by July 25, 2025 about the outcome of their application.
You can submit your proposal at the moment of registration. ❗ Please note that, should you not be ready to submit your proposal while registering, you will be allowed to edit your registration profile (and submit your proposal) after completing the registration process. You have time until the proposal submission deadline to edit your proposal submission.
Selection
Selection of the candidate will be based on the following criteria:
- Scientific content of the proposal
- Scientific relevance of the conference to participant's own work
- Number of participants from the same lab
- Gender balance
The selection committee will be formed by 2 scientific organizers and one external member.
