Guidelines for talk and poster presentations

Presentation Guidelines

Each presentation will consist of 10 minutes, followed by a 10-minute joint Q&A at the end of the session.

Detailed speaker instructions will be shared as the meeting date approaches.

 

Poster Guidelines

Poster panel size is 84,1 cm x 118,9 cm (A0 format). Posters should not exceed the panel size and must have a portrait layout (i.e., the vertical orientation). Please print your poster prior to the meeting.
