General information
We will support participants by providing a limited number of travel grants. Priority will be given to early-career researchers.
HT will be responsible for booking and covering the costs of travel and accommodation for travel grant recipients.
Please note that any additional expenses (e.g., airport and hotel transfers, travel insurance, meals outside the conference, etc.) are not covered, and reimbursements are not allowed.
If the applicant wishes to request a travel grant, they must select the travel grant option at the end of the registration form and submit a letter of motivation.
Recipients must be the presenting author of an accepted abstract of an oral or poster presentation.
Applicants will be informed of the decision by 28 February 2026. Acceptance of the travel grant must be confirmed by 9 March 2026 at the latest.
All notifications will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form.
