Registration and abstract submission deadline
The Call for Abstracts is OPEN until 22 January 2026, h. 23:59 CEST.
Applicants will be notified by 28 February 2026 about the outcome of their application.
Participation of one representative per project - either the PI or a team member - is guaranteed. Participation of one additional team member will be evaluated at a later stage.
Abstract guidelines
❗Applicants are required to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation to complete their registration.
The abstract must relate to the project that was granted access under the 24-PILOT Calls.
Authors must ensure that these aspects are explicitly addressed in their submission:

Innovative approaches and originality
The abstract should highlight novel approaches or perspectives developed through the NF access. -
Scientific impact and contribution to the field
The abstract must clearly articulate the scientific significance of the research and its contribution to advancing the field. -
Impact of Access to National Facilities on PI's research
Authors should describe how access to NF has supported, enabled, or enhanced the Principal Investigator’s research activities and/or career development.
